PRIVACY NOTICE UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK)
Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), personal data of individuals who contact us via www.grafika.com.tr is processed by Grafika Tanıtım Hizmetleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Grafika"), as data controller, within the scope described below.
1. Personal Data Processed
Via the contact form and/or the GrafikaAI chat assistant on our website, if you choose to provide them:
- Company name
- Authorized person's full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Requested service type (exhibition stand, interior design, signage and wayfinding, etc.)
- Fair name / city
- Stand area (m²)
- Fair date
- Message / note content
All of these fields are optional; only the information you choose to share is processed.
2. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data listed above is processed for the purposes of:
- Evaluating your request regarding exhibition stands, interior design or signage/wayfinding services and getting back to you,
- Preparing and delivering a quotation,
- Managing customer relations,
- Fulfilling legal obligations
based on the legal grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK: "processing is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract" and "processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject."
3. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is not shared with third parties in Turkey or abroad without your explicit consent. However, with service providers such as Google Analytics (Google LLC) used for site analytics, only technical/statistical data (via cookies) may be shared when you have given consent. 4. Method and Legal Basis of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically via the contact form and chat assistant on our website, based on your explicit consent and/or the legal grounds stated above.
5. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
- Request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request deletion or destruction,
- Request that such actions be notified to third parties,
- Object to a result arising against you from analysis by automated systems,
- Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

6. Retention Period
Personal data you send to us is stored electronically (email and secure server records) for a limited period for evaluating your request and responding to you. A summary record of information shared via the chat assistant (GrafikaAI) is kept only for evaluation and response; the full chat transcript is not stored in a separate database.
